Maximize the freedom and autonomy of as many beings as possible. Reduce as much inequality as possible. Reduce dishonesty as much as possible. Life Embrace positivity and reject negativity. It's easy to be critical; it's hard (but extremely valuable) to be constructive. Abolish hierarchies. But if you're in a hierarchy anyway, treat well those with less power than yourself. Don't play capitalism's game. Surround yourself with people who are smarter, kinder, wiser, more honest, etc., than you. You get what you expect from people. Never fail to be conscious of what your body language and words communicate to people. Listen more than you speak. Reduce, reuse, recycle in all things. Pursue minimalism, efficiency, and value density. Strive to see from other people's points of view. Habits are everything. We are what we regularly do, regardless of what our intentions may be. Forgive your past self for mistakes they made. Give good gifts to your future self. Keep the fact of your mortality at the forefront of your mind, not out of morbidity but out of a desire to keep correcting course. Establish and prioritize long-term goals, and then follow through on achieving them. Do things that scale with time. Share everything you learn and make. Document as much as possible, but link instead of copying. Gather data, and make the data actionable. Remove noise, including especially internet noise and meaningless scrolling. Your views will change over time. Don't use that as an excuse not to publish something. Don't overthink things to the point of not doing anything. For happiness: (1) meditate, (2) eat properly, (3) exercise, (4) sleep, (5) choose a purpose, (6) spend time outside, and (7) spend time in good company. Under-promise and over-deliver. Enable "deep work" and focus. Work away from home, if possible. Set personal deadlines.
