Install virt-manager in Fedora Silverblue
Installing virt-manager alone is unsuccessful. For whatever reason, it doesn't pull in all of the relevant dependencies. So it's necessary to install all of these components:
sudo rpm-ostree install virt-install virt-manager virt-viewer
Then reboot! ☺️
